Project Coordinator/Association Executive Assistant
Cothran Development Strategies is a national association management company headquartered in Ada, OK. The ideal candidate must be able to multi- task, be energetic, trustworthy, work well in a team setting and be extremely well organized and detail oriented.
This position works directly for the President and CEO. Job duties include, but are not limited to:

General administrative tasks

Coordinating and scheduling meetings for clients and donors

Provides assistance to other team members when needed

Coordinating and executing letters and mail outs

Phone follow up for mailings and events

List and data management
-
Internet research
-
Conference/virtual call coordination
-
Articulate and punctual email communication with clients and internal staff

Event coordination and assistance
-
Working with association membership management software/CRM's
Skills:

Strong organizational skills that reflect ability to perform and prioritize multiple tasks seamlessly with excellent attention to detail.

Eager to learn and have the ability to stay a step ahead at all times

Expert level written and verbal communication skills.

Highly resourceful team-player, with the ability to also be extremely effective independently.

Tech Savvy

Extremely Proficient in all Microsoft Office programs, Google Sheets/Docs and related programs and able to navigate the internet quickly and easily.

QuickBooks knowledge a plus
Minimal travel required for events when needed. Opportunity for Advancement.
College degree required. References required.
Location: Ada, OK
Office Hours 8am-4:30pm (Flexible)
Full Time Employee Benefits (beginning after 90 days employment):

Salary: $40,000.00 - $45,000.00 per year commensurate on experience.
