The campaign reports — filed with the state Ethics Commission — indicate the 2016 races could be expensive, particularly in districts with open seats. The reports, most filed over the past two weeks, reflect donations, loans and fund transfers from previous campaigns between Jan. 1, 2015, and March 31 of this year. Raising the most so far in contributions is Jet McCoy (R-Ada), the professional bull rider who competed along with his brother, Cord McCoy, on "The Amazing Race." As of March 31, Jet McCoy has raised $100,861 in direct and in-kind donations, mostly from supporters in the Ada area.McCoy is seeking election to the Senate in District 13 against two other Republicans and three Democrats. "That just kind of goes to show the amount of people who have gotten excited about my campaign and want to get involved," Jet McCoy said.
